In 2006, my spiritual life and my creative life collided. The result was the birthing of ‘White Falcon Ceremonial Pipes & Supplies’.
I have been an apprentice on the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path for seven years, and carved my first pipe six years ago. Creative expression has always been a part of my life. I have worked with many different materials as a practicing artist for over 18 years. In 1999 I earned a Masters of Fine Arts Degree at the University of Waterloo.
This creative and spiritual journey has led me on a path of self-growth and discovery, to an ever deepening sense of connection with life. It has provided a vibrant language of expression that weaves the medicines of plants and animals, the natural and the human worlds.
When not making medicine tools, I co-facilitate a Sweet Medicine SunDance Path study group and work as a educator in the visual arts.
I give thanks for the opportunities I’ve had to put my beauty out into the world, and for the reflections that have come back.
